McCracken Homes have been operating as a Building Company since 1989.
The original Partners Charlie Siciliano and Nino Tripodi concentrated on Speculative Building and Tender Works for the South Australian Housing Trust (SAHT) the third Partner Graham Peacock joined the Company in July 1996 bringing expertise in Project Housing. Mr. Peacock has recently retired from the business leaving the original partners namely Charlie Siciliano & Nino Tripodi to steer the successful McCracken Homes Group into a new exciting era.

Considerable expertise has been gained in the ensuing years in the area of Medium Density Development and a solid Client base of successful Developers have been maintained.

Total Site Development has become a specialty with the Company providing Developers with cost effective Packages.

The cornerstone of McCracken's success has always been the fostering of a strong Builder/Client relationship.

McCracken Homes has continued in its growth and now maintains a steady building program of approximately three hundred & eighty Homes per annum. The principal aim of Client satisfaction has resulted in continued referrals enabling the Company to grow without expending on Advertising.
