We are happy to announce we have won the tender to build several dwellings for UPL Pty ltd in Sturt St, Mansfield Park .

McCracken Homes will build 9 single storey cottages and an additional 4 two storey with the lower level and upper level divided to make 8 dwellings.

The project consists of several different types of cladding from lightweight to brick. Full turn key including landscaping and fencing.

McCracken Homes is continuing its work in Northgate following on with the construction of 27 Retirement Units, including associated landscaping, fencing, retaining walls and paving for MONACH (Masonic Homes together with ACH). They consist of 2-3 bedroom homes with a contrast of brick and render elevations.
 

We now have 6 homes on display at 3 display villages in Adelaide (Freeling, St Clair and Blakes Crossing). We have a variety of different homes on display from our Traditional, Courtyard and Villa collections.
