In a bold move McCracken Homes has started building works in Darwin. Substantial works are complete on stage 1 of large independent living unit addition to the Masonic Homes retirement complex at Tiwi Gardens. With civil works complete dwelling construction is underway to be completed in 2009. Further to this work McCracken homes looks forward to the opportunity to complete an affordable housing project along with a community and swimming complex on the same site. Further talks are underway for expansion into the Northern Territory generally. |
