McCracken Group Launch.

Founded by Charlie Siciliano and Nino Tripodi in 1989; McCracken Homes has grown into a well established, recognised building company in South Australia. Over 20 years later, McCracken Homes has grown substantially, partnering with many professionals in the building industry including Ross Perre, Vince Mingoia, Peter Caton and Daniel Silby.

Together they have formed a number of companies delivering a broad range of products, across Australia. These companies have now come together to form the McCracken Group.

Masonic Homes Darwin
During the successful completion of 3 stages of a retirement village in Ridgehaven South Australia McCracken Homes formed a strong relationship with Masonic Homes Incorporated. This successful relationship resulted in an invitation to tender for a major redevelopment of the Tiwi Gardens retirement village in Darwin. Tendering against significant local competition was not an obstacle for McCracken Homes. A professional approach, custom designs that incorporate considerations of local conditions and a demonstrated ability to deliver product on time and in budget resulted in winning this tender. A partnership was formed with a local building group that enabled McCracken Homes to source local trades and construction knowledge.
Defence Housing Authority
McCracken Homes are currently project managing the construction of 34 homes in Darwin for the Defence Housing Authority. McCracken Homes have been engaged as the project manager for this development on behalf of Larrakia Development Corporation. In our time in Darwin we have developed a very strong working relationship with the Larraikia Development Corporation and we anticipate this relationship will continue and flourish as our presence in Darwin expands.
