At McCracken Homes, our aim during our 20+ years in existence, has always been to build to a price with all costs associated with the construction known by the home owner in advance, prior to construction.

We know that for the majority of our clients the building of their new home will be their greatest lifetime monetary investment, therefore it is our objective to undertake this construction in partnership so the outcomes meet with all the expectations of our clients.

The cornerstone of our success has been the fostering of the Builder/Client relationship.

It is our policy to keep our clients fully informed as to the status of their home, through our area supervisors, whilst your major investment is being constructed.
